Training Built for Your Specific Operation
Off-the-shelf training rarely matches the equipment your team uses, the hazards your workers face, or the compliance requirements your industry demands. XRVZN builds custom VR training programs from the ground up – scenarios modeled on your actual equipment, your facility layout, and your standard operating procedures.
Every custom program starts with a discovery process. We document your training objectives, your most common incident types, the job roles you need to train, and the outcomes you will be measured on. That foundation drives a VR curriculum that trains your team on exactly what they will encounter on the job.
What Custom VR Training Programs Include
- Equipment-matched simulations – Train on virtual replicas of your specific machinery, not generic stand-ins
- Facility-specific environments – Recreate your actual floor plan, job site, or workspace in VR
- Branching scenario logic – Trainees make decisions that lead to real consequences, reinforcing correct behavior
- Performance tracking – Completion data, error rates, and time-on-task metrics feed into your LMS or reporting dashboard
- Multi-role training paths – Separate modules for operators, supervisors, and safety managers
How the Process Works
Development begins with a kickoff session where our team learns your operation – the machines, the hazards, the workflows, and the outcomes that matter most. We build a content map, develop 3D assets and environments, script the scenarios, and deliver a working build for review before final deployment.
Most custom programs run 8 to 16 weeks from discovery to deployment depending on scenario complexity and module count. We build for Meta Quest standalone headsets for maximum deployment flexibility, with PCVR available where higher visual fidelity is required.
